My latest culinary experiment on the path to owning my own B&B;

Giant herb and red pepper meatball stewed in a tangy pepper tomato sauce, served with sauteed mushrooms and spinach and topped with a deep fried aubergine.  It’s stuffed eggplant, turned upside down. (:
